Gardoni’s italian roots and passion for delicious coffee make a perfect complement to Kiyoshi’s DIY attitude and scientific mind. Gardoni uses the Rancillio Sivlia espresso machine and the Rocky grinder. And Kiyoshi uses a La Pavoni Europiccola, a Bezzera BZ01 and a Quick Mill grinder.
