James Hoffmann over at Jim Seven posts a simple video explaining some new thinking about crema and it’s effect on espresso flavour. It immediately made me want to stay home all day and try out all the different ideas put forth in the video.

Although Jim stated that he wasn’t going to take these videos too seriously, it would be awesome to see this turn into a steady series. His personality seems to jive well with the camera, and he obviously has alot of coffee knowledge to share with the internets.
